These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Telveden app ("the App") provided by Nixes ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Telveden is an entertainment app that uses artificial intelligence to interpret patterns in coffee cup photographs and generate fortune readings inspired by the Turkish tradition of tasseography. Readings are generated by AI and are intended purely for entertainment and personal reflection.
The App collects anonymous usage analytics to help us understand how features are used and improve the experience. For details on what data is collected, see our Privacy Policy.
Readings are for entertainment only. The fortunes, symbols, and interpretations provided by the App are AI-generated content inspired by cultural tradition. They are not professional advice of any kind — not medical, financial, legal, psychological, or otherwise. Do not make important life decisions based on readings from this App.
You agree to:
Free tier. The App offers a limited number of free readings. Once exhausted, a subscription is required for continued use.
Usage limits. To ensure service quality for all users, readings are limited to 50 per day per device. This limit applies to both free and subscribed users.
Subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Managing subscriptions. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.
The App, its design, code, and content are owned by Nixes. AI-generated readings are provided for your personal use. You may share individual readings but may not reproduce or redistribute the App's content commercially.
You retain ownership of photos you take with the App. By submitting a photo for reading, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process that photo through our AI service for the sole purpose of generating your reading. Photos are not stored or used for any other purpose.
We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated readings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms or abuse the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nixes operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
